Lying Leg Raise

The Lying Leg Raise is a strength exercise for the abdominal muscles, particularly targeting the lower abdomen.

  1. Lie flat on your back and extend your legs.

  2. Place your hands under your buttocks to support your lower back.

  3. Slowly lift your legs until they are perpendicular to the ground.

  4. Hold your legs in this position for a moment, then slowly lower them without touching the ground.
