Bicep Curl - Preacher (Lever)

The Lever Preacher Curl is an exercise targeting the biceps brachii muscle, usually performed on a specialized apparatus called the preacher bench. It is essential to perform the movement slowly and with control to prevent injuries and maximize muscle contraction.

  1. Sit on the preacher bench and press your chest against the padding. Place your arms on the armrest so that your elbows hang over the edge of the bench.

  2. Grasp the handles of the lever machine and pull towards your chest.

  3. Slowly bend your elbows and lift the lever to your shoulders.

  4. Slowly lower the lever back to the starting position.
