Dumbbell Row (Dumbbell Bent Over Row) is a strength exercise for the back, specifically targeting the large back muscles (Latissimus dorsi) and the trapezius muscles. It is important to maintain a stable posture throughout the entire exercise and not to curve your back too much. Make sure to pull your shoulders down and back to ensure proper muscle activation.

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand.

  2. Slightly bend your knees and bend forward so that your upper body is almost parallel to the ground.

  3. Keep your arms extended and the dumbbells in a neutral grip position (palms facing each other).

  4. Pull the dumbbells up to the sides of your chest by pulling your elbows back and squeezing your shoulder blades together.

  5. Hold the tension in your back for a moment before slowly lowering the dumbbells back down.
