Dumbbell Standing Triceps Extension, also known as Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extension, is an exercise to strengthen the triceps muscles. Starting position: Stand upright and hold a dumbbell with both hands behind the head.
Keep your elbows close to your head and slowly bend them to lower the dumbbell behind the head until your forearms form a right angle.
